I dreaded the session, like most people do. Bunkaio took exactly the time needed for me to forget the camera was there — these photos look nothing like any profile picture I've had before. I finally recognise myself in them.

BUNKAIO is based in Montpellier and travels anywhere in France: the shoot takes place at your place, outdoors or, as an option, in the studio (+€60). Travel is free within 30 km of Montpellier, of Toulouse and in western Hérault. Elsewhere it is charged at €0.60 per km, round trip, on the distance exceeding those 30 km, rounded to the nearest €5, up to a long-distance flat rate capped at €350 (estimates: Nîmes ≈ €35, Carcassonne ≈ €70, Perpignan ≈ €80, Paris €350). The online quote calculates the amount from the session city; it is confirmed on your quote, before you sign anything.

Bunkaio is a professional photographer: we produce premium, high-definition images for portrait & lifestyle, fashion, agencies and models, commercial & products, events, and Lumen, the AI photobooth for weddings (being finalised). Each universe has its packages detailed in our catalogue & rates.
High-definition, carefully retouched photos, ready to publish or print. They are delivered in a private gallery you can download from your client area, with commercial usage rights.
Five simple steps: a personalised quote within 48h, online signature of the quote with your image authorisations (four Yes or No answers to give, the choice itself being free) then the deposit, the shoot on the agreed date, post-production (selection, retouching, editing), then delivery via your client area. They depend on the package chosen and are shown on each catalogue offer. They start from the shoot date, excluding any additional retouching requests.
30% upon booking (quote signature), balance on delivery. Pay by card, or in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna.
Your date and time slot are reserved once the quote is accepted and the 30% deposit is paid. If you cancel after that point, the deposit is retained by Bunkaio and is non-refundable. If you run into any difficulty, please contact us as early as possible.
Yes. All usage rights to the delivered visuals are transferred to you for commercial use, with no time limit. Details are set out in the "Privacy policy" tab opposite.
Once your quote is confirmed, you receive your personal access code by email: click "Sign in" at the top of the site. You stay signed in on your device until you sign out.
There you follow your project's progress, find your orders, quotes, payments and invoices, download your deliverables, and manage your subscriptions and details. No code yet? Request it from the sign-in page: it is sent within 24h.
No, it is optional but very useful: one moodboard per order to share your vision — art direction, mood, colour palette, inspiration (Pinterest, links) and the providers involved. You complete it from your client area and chat with the team through comments.

Your portfolio on Adobe Lightroom
Your album is hosted on Adobe Lightroom: you only need to create an Adobe Lightroom account to open it. Your photos stay available at any time; post-production remains interactive, adjustments can be made if needed, and you export your visuals in the formats of your choice, on your own. The use of your visuals follows the assigned rights negotiated in your signed quote.
