BUNKAIO is the craft of a professional portrait photographer: a mobile photography studio based in Montpellier that comes to you with high-end equipment to create premium images for people, brands and companies. I dreaded the session, like most people do. Bunkaio took exactly the time needed for me to forget the camera was there — these photos look nothing like any profile picture I've had before. I finally recognise myself in them.
I was afraid my jewellery would look cold in photos. The opposite happened — each piece feels almost alive. My customers tell me they could "feel" the material before even opening the box.
No one on the team likes having their photo taken. Bunkaio managed to capture 40 people who have never looked so natural. Our annual report finally has a soul.
200 guests, one single evening, no room for error. Bunkaio was everywhere without ever being noticed. By the next morning, everyone already had their photos — that's rare, and it changes everything.
We walked through old Lyon for an hour, never really posing. The result is the most honest portrait anyone has ever taken of me. My friends keep telling me so.
We'd had our products photographed elsewhere before, without much conviction. With Bunkaio, we finally understood why some brands make you want to buy and others don't. It's a matter of light, patience, and a certain eye.
We wanted to avoid the usual clichés — stiff suits, forced smiles. The result truly tells who we are as a company, not just what we do.

One photographer, one eye
Aya Nascimento is a professional portrait photographer, a graduate of ETPA (BTS Photography, 2018). She is the photographer of BUNKAIO.
Specialised in fashion, product, corporate and event photography, she works with individuals, brands and companies, delivering premium high-definition images, carefully retouched.
A mobile studio in Occitanie
BUNKAIO is based in Montpellier and travels anywhere in France: the shoot takes place at your place, outdoors or, as an option, in the studio (+€60). Travel is free within 30 km of Montpellier, of Toulouse and in western Hérault. Elsewhere it is charged at €0.60 per km, round trip, on the distance exceeding those 30 km, rounded to the nearest €5, up to a long-distance flat rate capped at €350 (estimates: Nîmes ≈ €35, Carcassonne ≈ €70, Perpignan ≈ €80, Paris €350). The online quote calculates the amount from the session city; it is confirmed on your quote, before you sign anything.

Your photos are yours first: BUNKAIO only uses them for its own promotion with your express consent.
- You answer Yes or No for each of the four uses to sign, and you decide each answer freely.
- Nothing is ever pre-ticked.
- Saying no has no consequence on the service or the price.
- You can change your mind at any time.
Image rights are yours: they protect the person photographed. This is what you authorise, or not, when signing.
Copyright belongs to BUNKAIO, which keeps its works. It is separate: usage rights to the delivered visuals are granted to the client under the quote's terms (uses, duration, territory).
Personal data (name, email, proof of your choice) is processed under the GDPR, see the privacy policy.
At the quote signature step, online, from the link you received by email. It comes after the proposal and before the deposit.
- You read the quote, its clauses and their version.
- You answer Yes or No to each of the four uses.
- You say who will be photographed (you, other people, a minor).
- You click "Sign and accept the quote".
Signing means accepting the contract and only the authorisations you chose.
- Website and portfolio of BUNKAIO.
- Social media of BUNKAIO (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Commercial and communication materials: brochures, presentations, proposals.
- Digital advertising: sponsored online ads.
Each use is independent. Images are never transferred to third parties, and no use may harm your dignity or reputation. Any new, unplanned use requires a new authorisation.
Your consent applies to you only. Each other person (colleague, relative, model) gives their own choice.
- After signing, you receive a shared link to pass on; BUNKAIO can also send an individual link.
- Each person enters their name, their choice for the four uses and, optionally, their email to receive a confirmation.
- For a minor, the choice is made by a holder of parental authority or a guardian, whose name is recorded.
Without a person's authorisation, BUNKAIO does not use images in which they appear.
- Your name, email, and the date and time of signature.
- The quote and the version of the clauses accepted (frozen text, never changed after sending).
- Your choices use by use, with a log of every change.
- The IP address, browser and a digital fingerprint of the document.
You receive a signed PDF copy by email, also downloadable from the quote page. This data is used only to prove what was accepted; it is never sold.
- Authorisation: 5 years from delivery of the photographs, or until withdrawn.
- Proof of your consent: kept 5 years after the end of the relationship.
- Invoices: 10 years, accounting obligation.
At any time, without reason and free of charge:
- Go to bunkaio.com/retrait-autorisation/ or write to contact@bunkaio.com.
- Give your name, your email and the uses concerned (one, several or all).
- BUNKAIO checks your request, records it and confirms the withdrawal by email.
Processing time: 30 days at most.
- BUNKAIO stops any new use and removes the online publications concerned (website, social media).
- Materials already printed or distributed cannot be recalled; past uses remain valid.
- The photographs delivered to the client and their usage rights do not change.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data, and the right to withdraw your consent.

Your portfolio on Adobe Lightroom
Your album is hosted on Adobe Lightroom: you only need to create an Adobe Lightroom account to open it. Your photos stay available at any time; post-production remains interactive, adjustments can be made if needed, and you export your visuals in the formats of your choice, on your own. The use of your visuals follows the assigned rights negotiated in your signed quote.
